It came under new ownership last year, and this laid-back lakeside gem in Crabtree Cove is open seven days a week, serving up stellar food, delicious drinks, and live music every Thursday through Sunday, all summer long.
Perched on 92 wooded acres and located at the 26 Mile Marker (or 820 Serene Valley Drive in Sunrise Beach), Papa Chubby’s delivers all the classic Lake bar vibes, but with some upgrades. The updated menu still keeps customer favorites while offering something for every craving.
Whether you’re soaking up sun at the sand bar and swimming beach or kicking back under the covered patio, it’s the kind of spot you’ll want to linger. Papa’s Famous Chicago Dog
The real deal—an all-beef frank piled high with mustard, relish, onions, tomato, pickle, sport peppers, and celery salt, all tucked into a soft poppy seed bun.
Pork Tenderloin
Golden, crispy, and bigger than the bun, this tenderloin sandwich is a Midwest classic done right.
Smashed Meatball Sandwich

Lake Water
Bluer than the (actual) Lake water and twice as fun! This sweet tropical blend of Malibu Coconut Rum, pineapple juice, and blue curaçao is a fan favorite.

Topped with a helping of whipped cream and drizzles of caramel and chocolate syrup, this frozen concoction is for the adult sweet tooth! The coffee liqueur adds the right bite.
