Chargrilled Oysters
Freshly shucked oysters that have been cooked over an open flame are treated to a generous drizzle of garlic herb butter and topped with melted parmesan cheese. The oysters are tender, with the sauce lending a velvety quality to the dish.
Steak Salad
An array of contrasting, yet complementary flavors combine with the fresh greens tossed in a slightly sweet vinaigrette topped with tender grilled top sirloin, blue cheese crumbles, grapes, pickled peppadew peppers, candied pecans and crispy onion rings.
Top Sirloin Steak
You really can’t go wrong with steak, and the eight ounce top sirloin is cut in-house, ultra tender and succulent, served with sautéed mushrooms. Try it with a baked potato and carrots in a garlic butter sauce with a hint of brown sugar sweetness.

Blueberry Old Fashioned
This fresh twist on a classic cocktail combines Makers Mark, homemade blueberry simple syrup, and Angostura bitters, while blueberries and cherries add complex subtle sweet flavor as well as a deep purple hue. The rim is adorned with a sundried orange wheel, adding notes of citrus, brightness and just a hint of spice that comes through at the end.
Strawberry Cream Martini
Creamy, sweet and delightful. Vanilla vodka, strawberry liqueur and cream are shaken together and poured into a martini glass, with dehydrated strawberry garnish adding vibrancy and visual interest. The flavor is reminiscent of an adult version of the strawberry flavored milk drink you might remember from childhood!
Lemonade
Refreshing, light and perfect for summer days at the Lake. Made with the juice of a whole lemon, simple syrup and lemon vodka, plus a splash of soda water that balances the interplay between sweet and tart.
