You can’t live long with a leaky roof. That drip-drip-dripping and the knowledge that the problem gets worse with every rainstorm… The only question is: who to call?
A third-generation roofing company, Danner Roofing and Construction doesn’t just offer a new roof; they give customers the confidence and trust that Danner’s team will show up, and get the job done right.
“I’m a 3rd-generation roofer,” Duane Danner said with pride. “The company was started in 1950 by my grandfather. My father, Dennis, took over in 1985.” Duane says he even hopes his 3-year-old will become part of the business one day. (“He has his very own hard hat and everything,” he laughed.)
In business for about 75 years, Danner Roofing & Construction services residential, commercial, and industrial buildings across the Midwest. Their philosophy is simple:
Show up – Follow through – Do the right thing – Stand behind the work.
Decisions about repairs, complete roof replacement or even new construction can be daunting for homeowners… not to mention how the project may affect siding, windows, and decks.
Knows How To Handle Insurance
Then there’s working with the insurance company. *sigh*
It’s best to hire an experienced subcontractor that can be trusted to help all the way through the process.
“We have a 7-person full-time crew, along with skilled subcontractor crews. My father, Dennis Danner, was an insurance adjuster. He knows what to look for, what the insurance companies are looking for, and how to guide the property owner through the claims process,” Duane explained.
Energy Savings & New Products
Being in business for almost 75 years doesn’t mean doing things the old-fashioned way. Danner Roofing & Construction keeps current with new market trends and products.
“We are always looking for the next products coming to market,” Duane said. He gave one example: They used a new coating-product on a commercial roof. The result? “There was a 30-degree temperature drop inside the building after application. Another company saved 37% on energy costs by utilizing a new coating on their roof.”
A Clean Job Site
Another concern homeowners understandably have about roofing work is all the debris. Some roofers are not very nice to the landscaping. Danner Roofing & Construction has a solution for that as well. Duane explained, “We use the Equipter 4000, an elevated dumpster that reaches up to roof level. Shingles or other debris never hit the ground.”
Duane urges anyone who’s on-the-fence about whether they need to call a roofer: don’t delay. “Obvious leaks should be called in right away,” Duane said, adding, “Customers can also call in if they notice a neighbor has filed a claim.”
