To Eat

Seasonal Meat & Cheese Board

Served with Croccantini crackers that are light and long to hold the variety of meats and cheeses. Choose from the savory options of soppressata, capicola, and genoa salami to pair with cheeses from the Hemme Brothers creamery (located in Sweet Springs, Mo.). The white aged cheddar is sharp, while the smoked cheddar provides a unique flavor. Add some marinated olives for extra flavor!

Raspberry Chicken Salad

A large bowl of spring mix and tossed in a raspberry vinaigrette. Grilled chicken, pecans, and sliced apple round out this yummy salad. It’s not too sweet, and gives off that summer vibe. Feta crumbles add tanginess and richness.

Balsamic Chicken Flatbread

This flatbread tastes like a barbecue pizza! But it’s actually made with Alfredo sauce, a four cheese blend, grilled chicken, diced bacon, and roasted tomato. The drizzled balsamic reduction adds some sweetness while the woodfire brick oven brings some smokiness to the thin crispy crust.

To Drink

Retro Red

A dry red blend from Missouri and California, this wine is full-bodied with a silky finish and a lovely violet color.

Riverbird Reserve

A dry cabernet from California grapes. Dark fruit flavors like blackberries are balanced with a hint of spices like black pepper. This wine comes from a new location – called the Riverbird Winery – which will be opening up in Camdenton and overlooking the Niangua.

Riesling

A great choice if you’re not a big “wine person.” This white wine is sweet, light, easy to drink, and brought in from Washington State.

Chardonnay

The dry and oaky white wine is made from California grapes. It also has aromas of pear and apple.
