With an eye-catching neon pink exterior, it’s hard to miss Neon Taco whether you’re on the Strip, or on the water!

Located right next to Bagnell Dam — at the 0 Mile Marker by water, and 1076 Bagnell Dam Blvd by land — Neon Taco’s docks give the boating public a point of access to the Strip at all times. Boat in for some tacos and margs, and then stroll the Strip!

The hip vibe, fresh ingredients, and creative menu items set Neon Taco apart. Plus, every Tuesday is Taco Tuesday, with unlimited tacos and bottomless chips and salsa. No matter what day you go, though, there’s plenty delicioso!

To Eat

Mezcal Wings

Tossed in Mezcal buffalo sauce and served with ranch, the smoky mell of these wings makes your mouth water! Juicy and tender on the inside… and gloriously messy on the outside, every good order of wings calls for extra napkins. You’ll be licking each finger, chasing that smoky finish.

Fajita Tacos

As “A Dam Taco Bar,” you’d be right to expect an on-point taco game. Fresh vegetables and juicy chicken are held together by fresh corn tortillas shipped-in every two days, and cooked fresh in la cocina. The street corn gives a brilliant pop of color and flavor. Sprinkled with cotija cheese and accompanied by a dollop of lime crema, your Fajita Taco won’t last long.

Cali Burrito

This giant burrito brings the South to your mouth with its inspiration of fare from Southern California. Loaded with perfectly seasoned chicken, queso, guacamole, fresh pico de gallo, and cilantro lime crema, the especially unique ingredient in this one is: French fries!

To Drink

Cali Margarita

A margarita, but with a twist! Ingredients like Olmeca Altos Plata Tequila, orange juice, fresh squeezed lime, organic agave nectar, and Red Bull are shaken well and topped with blue curaçao to create this delicious summer favorite. With the perfect ocean blue color, you really can almost taste that west-coast sunshine!

Ranch Water

Did someone say refreshing?! Topo chico mineral water mixed with Olmeca Alots Plata Tequila and fresh-squeezed lime. Topped with a traditional dressing of Chamoy and Tajin. Not as sweet as other drinks, the Ranch Water is unique, complex, tangy and memorable!
